• Homogeneous, free flowing and Cream.
• If any changes phisically, discard product.
• Colour of the prepared medium Amber slight. opalesc.
• Colour of prepared medium with blood Red
• pH (25°C) 7.2 – 7.6
• Microbiological test Passes test
• Concentration of use 38g/L
• Preparation:
• Dissolve 38 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
• (AVOID OVERHEATING)
• Once opened avoid hydration
• Storage temperature 2 – 25°C
