• Homogeneous, free flowing and light-toasted. If any changes phisically, discard product.
• Colour of the prepared medium Clear amber, slightly opalescent
• pH (25°C) 6.8 – 7.2
• Microbiological test passes test
• Concentration of use 23.5g/L
• Preparation:
• Dissolve 23.5 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
• Once opened avoid hydration
• Storage temperature 2 – 25°C
