• Homogeneous, free flowing and beige. If any changes phisically, discard product.
• Appearance Light yellow colored, clear opalescent solution with slight precipitation.
• pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
• Dissolve 48.0 gr in 1000 ml with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
• Add 10 mg of trypaflavine, 40 mg of nalidixic acid and 50 mg of cycloheximide
• Once opened avoid hydration
• Storage temperature 2 ºC – 25 ºC
